Maybe make the hooves /in/ the snow? maybe put spalshes of snow on the horses body?
This is very good ^^ but maybe the horse should of been rearing? since most horses are scared of storms ect; if you need any help im always avaliable ^^ i have my own horse you see hehe ^^
